Chef's Corner with Chef John Caswell

 With Chef John Caswell

I went to my first Master’s tournament back in 2007. It is simply unforgettable, from the horticulture to the amazing golfers it is simply stunning. If you are fortunate to attend and happen to eat while you’re there, you will notice that they sell these Pimento cheese sandwiches. I found them to be fantastic, and I learned how to make my own recipe shortly after I had my first sandwich. Here is the recipe that I enjoy at home,it’s easy and delicious.

Bon Appetit!
Chef John
