ABOUT TAPAS The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation, because people are not so focused on eating an entire meal that is set before them. In some countries it is customary for diners to stand and move around while eating tapas. Fridays @ 4 is the perfect setting for a tapas menu, as it is designed to be a social setting that spurs conversation.
