Chef's Corner with Chef John Caswell

It’s May and that means its Strawberry season in South Carolina. You can find a farm to pick your own this time of year, or just purchase some at a vendor on the side of the highway. I first started eating South Carolina Strawberries back in the 90’s and was surprised at how sweet and tasty they were to eat. This is a fantastic recipe for a chilled Strawberry soup that is easy to make and delicious to eat.

Enjoy!
Chef John
